2. 1 time delivery is included per order. If there is no one at home, flowers will be placed outside your door.
3. Amaryllis will deliver in box (10-12 stems) sturdy box to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Place a transparent tape on each stem, cut to the length you like and place it in the vase with fresh water (unfilter). It will start blooming immediate in 1-2 day and at it fullest in 3-5 days.
4. Roses will arrive in wrapped bunches of roses. They are harvested at a specific point and then wrapped in plastic sleeves to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process. All roses have several outer petals that surround the rose blooms - which may appear bruised, torn and discolored upon arrival. THIS IS NORMAL. Simply remove these few outer petals once you have finished hydrating the roses. Because our roses are the freshest available, they will most likely arrive in bud form and may need a 3 or 4 days to open up. Given the proper water, food and care, our garden roses will bloom incredibly - growing 4-5 times their original size. They are loved for their large, romantic blooms.
5. Amaryllis and Garden Roses will be at their best 3-5 days after being placed in fresh unfiltered water. Change water as well to trim stem daily.
6. All "Pre-Order!" items will require a 5-7 days wait. This is to ensure the freshest flowers from our eco-friendly certified farms in Netherland to your door.
