1. All fresh cut flowers are packaged in box or bouquet and handled with her from sustainable flower farms to Hong Kong.

2. It is normal and please accept this before you make your purchase: Please understand that there might be 1 or 2 flowers which get damage or broken off.

3. There is no return goods, however, if more than 2 flowers get broken, please do let us know immediate with pictures so that we can provide store credit / refund for the damage piece of flower.
